When it comes to Paradigm Sumatran, if you know you know.  This one's not for the faint of heart.  Usually roasted very dark to deliver those heavy smoky flavors, this coffee also shines as a lighter roast.  Try it dark tor that familiar heavy flavor experience, or switch it up and try it light, for something different that your taste buds are sure to love!

Tasting Notes

Light Roast - lemony acidity, sweet floral tones, spicy earthy finish

Medium Roast - slight acidity, bakers chocolate, fuller body

Dark Roast - little acidity, heavy chocolaty tones, dense smoky roasty finish
